Entrepreneur, businessman and TV personality Tommy Mallet, is the founder of premium footwear brand Mallet London. At only 28 years old Tommy was named in 2021’s Forbes 30 under 30 list within the Retail and Commerce sector.

Tommy was born in Islington and moved to Essex when he was 15. Tommy left school due to his dyslexia with no qualifications and worked as a carpenter before becoming a TV personality. He first appeared on our TV screens in 2014 in the BAFTA-award winning reality show ‘The Only Way is Essex’ on which he met his now fiancé, Georgia Kousoulou. Tommy and Georgia were much loved cast members, and they welcomed their first child together in 2021, a son named Brody. They are now continuing to share their journey into parenthood on their own popular ITVBe show, ‘Georgia & Tommy: Baby Steps’, where Tommy is often praised for his candour. The show was ITVBe’s most successful new commission in 2021 and due to popular demand, it has been commissioned for further series’.

In 2015, Tommy strived to create something outside of his TV career and he channelled his passion and love of trainers into creating his own footwear brand. Tommy disrupted the industry by overcoming many prejudices and stereotypes when he founded Mallet London in 2015. Since then, he continues to break boundaries as Mallet London has become one of the most successful footwear and apparel brands in the UK featuring in stores including Choice, Flannels and Selfridges, with its flagship store in Carnaby Street, London. The brand continues to go from strength to strength and Mallet London is now stocked internationally in well-known US retailers such as Fred Segal and Saks Fifth Avenue, as well as retailers in Dubai, South Africa and Europe. Mallet footwear made its debut at Paris Fashion Week in 2019 and has also showcased at London Fashion Week.

Tommy now works as an ambassador for brands such as LG, to help inspire the future generation of entrepreneurs.
